PLATING METHODS
Rack
Held on a metal rack with a wire, parts get electroplated by electricity conducted by the same wire. Used for parts in a variety of shapes and sizes, this method is the most commonly used process in the plating technology.
Barrel
This technique is generally used for smaller parts like screws or electric contacts. Their capacity varies depending on lot size. We use barrel as small as 100g up to 30 Kg capacities. The electric power is permanently maintained on the parts using danglers. The immerged barrel is constantly turning to ensure proper and uniform plating during process.
